DOMO Creative Director André Stringer and Creative Partner Ryan Dunn were tasked with architecting this vision from the ground up: developing a theatrical brand identity, creating a YouTube-first content strategy, and building an engaged community around a philosophy that would resonate with producers tired of the same old loops. The challenge wasn't just launching products—it was creating a stage where bedroom producers could become headliners on their own stage.

DOMO approached THEATRE as a holistic brand experience, understanding that modern music producers crave more than tools—they seek inspiration, education, and community. We developed a multi-disciplinary strategy that would position THEATRE at the intersection of filmmaking, music production, and digital storytelling.

Brand Architecture: We crafted THEATRE's core philosophy—"Create Fearlessly. Curate Ruthlessly."—establishing a theatrical metaphor that would permeate every touchpoint. This wasn't just clever wordplay; it became an operating principle that guided product curation and community engagement.

 

YouTube as Primary Stage: Recognizing that producers learn through experience, we developed a YouTube strategy that blended education with entertainment. Our content wasn't just tutorials—it was part cook-up session, part masterclass, positioning each video as a performance where viewers could witness the creative process unfold in real-time.

Product as Narrative: Every sample pack became a carefully curated "cast" of sounds. We didn't just release products; we created sonic stories with names like "The Protagonist" for lead sounds that steal scenes. This theatrical approach transformed mundane product launches into "Opening Night" events.

 

Community Building: We fostered an ecosystem where producers could connect over their shared obsession with atmospheric, cinematic trap. Comments weren't just feedback—they became testimonials from an engaged audience discovering their own creative voice through THEATRE's tools.
