Origin Story.

 

Rani Melendez, a seasoned producer from Traktor and The Mill LA, and André Stringer, an Emmy-winning writer and director, bonded over a shared passion for cycling and creativity. Their rides quickly turned from casual chats into ambitious visions, sparking the idea for what would become DOMO. In 2021, they brought DOMO to life, built on their Co-Creation™ philosophy — a commitment to collective creativity, diverse perspectives, and multidisciplinary expertise.

At DOMO, Rani’s leadership aligns seamlessly with co-founder André Stringer, combining business acumen and creative vision to give clients an edge from ideation to delivery. Andrè Stringer

André Stringer, co-founder of DOMO and an Emmy Award-winning creative, is a master storyteller who puts true collaboration at the heart of every project. Leading global campaigns or launching startups, André bridges roles — advisor, artist, and innovator — to deliver unmatched intimacy and expertise.

His storytelling roots in skateboarding and music infuse his work with raw emotion, movement, and realism, earning long-standing partnerships with brands like Beats by Dre and Under Armour. Alongside co-founder Rani Melendez, André brings decades of experience, redefining traditional structures and offering a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and care that sets DOMO apart.

When it was time to craft the newest expression of Toyota’s “Let’s Go,” DOMO jumped in and got moving. A Collaboration Company, DOMO intimately understands the complexity of a multilevel campaign spanning work from three agencies, three demographics, 6 new Toyotas and a total of 18 individual spots.

The brand of transformation now had its own transformation to make, and DOMO came onboard at the very outset of the project to co-create the next phase of Under Armour, authentically bringing them from product-led to purpose-led.
